House Rules

Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM. Early check-in may be available — please check with us in advance to confirm availability and any applicable fees.

Check-out is at 10:30 AM sharp. Unauthorized late check outs will incur an additional nights fee, as our cleaners have very tight schedules.

Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of our neighbors during these hours. Excessive noise may result in fines or the cancellation of your reservation.

Only the guests listed in your reservation are allowed on the property unless approved by us ahead of time. Additional guests will incur extra charges.

The exterior of the property is monitored with security cameras. We also use NoiseAware sensors both indoors and outdoors. These devices alert us only when noise levels are consistently above a set threshold — normal conversation won't trigger an alert.

Loud music is not allowed on the property to maintain a peaceful environment for the neighbors, and quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please keep noise levels down during these times. Failure to do so will result in a $500 fine and/or immediately removal from the property.

Smoking is not allowed inside the home.

Any cleanup involving vomit, feces, or blood will result in additional cleaning fees.

Pets must be approved prior to your stay. A $100 pet fee covers up to two pets.

The person who booked the reservation is responsible for all guests, any damages, and all incidents during the stay.

Smart thermostats are available for your use, with temperature limits set for efficiency. Please keep windows and doors closed when using the heating or A/C.

Pool Rules:

No lifeguard is on duty — swim at your own risk.

No glass is allowed in or near the pool area.

The pool can be heated upon request — fees are based on current natural gas costs.

Spa Heating is always complimentary :)

Pool heating takes up to 10 hours to reach 82°F and must be requested in advance — ideally at the time of booking. Payment must be made before heating begins. Any tampering with pool equipment will result in a $1000 fine.

Inside, the single-level home offers bright, open living spaces, blending modern updates with a cozy, coastal vibe. The main living room is perfect for gathering, while the fully equipped kitchen features bar seating, updated appliances, and everything you need to cook or entertain with ease.

Sleeping arrangements are flexible and comfortable, with room for up to 12 guests, including multiple bedrooms and extra sleeping options like air mattresses or pull-out sofas if needed. The home is child and pet-friendly, with a fenced yard so your furry friends can enjoy the space freely.

You're just minutes from local shops, restaurants, and some of the best beaches in Oceanside — but with everything this home offers, you may not want to leave.

✨ We follow enhanced cleaning protocols between stays, with extra attention to high-touched surfaces.

✨ The home has central heating and AC to keep you comfortable year-round.

✨ This is a family-friendly neighborhood, so please keep noise down during quiet hours, especially at night.

✨ We do not allow any events at this home. A maximum of 10 guests outside of those on the reservation are welcome during normal hours.

✨ Pool heating is available up to 82°F for $200/day minimum (based on current SDGE rates so please inquire about pricing prior to booking). Spa heating is always free 🙂

✨ A $100 pet fee per pet applies (up to 2 small dogs) to cover deep cleaning after checkout.

✨ After 10 guests, there’s a $50 per night fee for each additional guest.

✨ Early check-in or late check-out must be requested at least 24 hours ahead and depends on our cleaning schedule.

Welcome to Oceanside! This laid-back beach town has it all—gorgeous beaches, a fun downtown, and tons of outdoor adventures.

The beach is just 3 miles away, so grab your towel and head to the sand! Whether you're chilling at Harbor Beach, surfing some waves, or building sandcastles with the kiddos, the ocean’s always calling.

Into surf culture? Check out the California Surf Museum—it's full of cool vintage boards and classic surf photos. Even if you're not a surfer, it’s a fun stop.

Take a walk through downtown Oceanside where the streets are covered in colorful murals, and local shops are full of great finds. You’ll find everything from trendy boutiques to awesome farm-to-table spots and cozy bars with craft cocktails. Don’t miss the scenic drive along Coastal Highway 101—it’s seriously stunning.
